I cannot stress it enough, but I ABSOLUTELY looove to bake! And yes, one of my specialties includes cupcakes! :-D
I just got married this past May and I decided to make my own cake, or in this particular case, cake and cupcakes. They were Puerto Rican cupcakes (very moist...if you've had them before, you know what I'm talking about ;-P) and I made the big cupcake (from a cupcake mold pan - $20 at Bed Bath) and 150 cupcakes. I just want to give a shout out (or a "hollah!" or a "booyaahh!") to my in-laws and my now-hubby for helping me with the decorating. Needless to say, I LOVE you all! ^._^
